SLOWINGDOWN

My kids are officially in their summer holidays now and we are all so ready for some serious slowingdown. Spent lots of time outside (it is finally great weather!!), preferably on a swimmingpool stretcher, playing games, having dinner and drinks outside, watch movies and dvd boxes, swimming. Just nothing  that really needs to be done. We save that for after the holidays ;), and currently just see as we go. Enjoy your summer!

A COOL BRASILIAN BEACH HOME

I am in a summer mood and as my earlier post indicated I have a special love for Brasil. Thats why I also wanted to share this stunnig beach home with you I stumbled across on one of my favourite blogs, My Scandiniavian Home. I just love the white, wood and neutral color palet. and really long for a place like this to utterly relax and enjoy time with my family.

YOU JUST GOTTA LOVE.... ICECREAM

I had the best weekend since ages! On Friday we drove to the Belgian coast for some change of scenery and to spend time on the beach with the kids playing around.
Friday was very rainy. Saturday started of grey but turned into a gorgeous sunny afternoon with great food and family.  Sunday was just blissfull. Super sunny and spend it, in our swimgear and out of the wind, on the beach! We had a blast running in and out the water, finding shells and digging holes. We even got sunburned a bit. And what made the weekend complete was the fact we ate icecream, EVERYDAY.
